Add Track as a bonus Feat.

Lvl 1, HP 9, Damage is your weapon dmg, Fortitude +4, Reflex +2, Will +4, get rid of the shield and armor, lose Draconic and Aquan and it will be.

why do i have to lose Draconic and aquan?

would i be able to attack with a longspear while mounted even though its a two handed weapon?

Your Intelegence is too low to have that many bonus languages and a Druid is more likely to have the others than those.

oh right, my int is different know but, your counting the fact that druidic doesnt take a language slot and human bonus language

You can, but you have to make a Ride check. It's an easy one and it shouldn't be a problem.

I noticed I made two mistakes: Will is +5 and add Swim as a skill with 4 ranks.
