Noobs, he can't control anything with more than 20 hit dice and a Zombie with 20 HD has a CR of 6.

The highest Hit Dice of a single Zombie that you can control is 20. A 20 HD Zombie has a Combat Rating of 6.

Remember, Zombies can only make one move a round. A single movement or a single attack.

No it isn't, considering most of these things are just cannon fodder, the Dragon breathes on them kills a good chunk then proceeds to slaughter them since they can barely even hit it. Although they do have a negative energy burst when they die.

Noobs, when the group exceeds 4 characters, divide the CR of everything beyond the first 4 by 2.
