Arrived in Waterdeep, went to sleep, Zan wokee up at sunrise (6pm) nad notices Ril and J are gone, he is looking for both of them; All of the rest of you are (assumedly) asleep.

He wasn't always a Druid, you know? He used to be a regular civilian.

Crona only sleeps the full 8 hours when he/she need to regain spells, which he/she does not so probably up most of the night.

That would give you the fatigued condition if you stayed up all night.

He never lived in Waterdeep, but he was a sailor so he passed through a time or two.
