You got to find his place of business in the red light district, meet up with him and receive his part of the deal. And hand over one of the chests.

Choosing feats usually takes me awhile if I search diligently, and everything else is pretty straightforward.

I could've gotten both, but I forgot to refresh the page so the 30 second-post thing was still up :/
