It was from Romeo and Juliet. Way back in the day, biting your thumb at somebody was the same as flipping them off. The caption on that is a direct quoting of Tybalt Capulet.

And he can't use it for a reason..... I really don't want Crona in the game, but I know you like her, so I just limited his power.

The CR of Crona's army alone was 32..... I had two choices: put you up against Epic creatures or cripple Crona.....

I originally typed ultrareligious then when I took the "ultra" part out because it sounded weird I forgot to remove the "n".

South Carolina is the South in the same way that your appendix is your body.

I am well aware, but I meant in the primaries down South, not the South in general. The former is what counts, not the latter. Last time I checked, Florida and South Carolina are the only Southern states that matter for **** in the primary.
