Seriously dude, the BAB limit is there for a reason.
I guess, as DM, I could create a feat that gives +1 BAB, but it would only be applicable in my game[s], not necessarily DH's.

I could, but then i'd have to make another class and having the pre-planned skills and all that would go to hell.

Noobs is XTZ02.
Ask Hyper if he can manipulate the Assassin class to be started from lvl 1. It would be weaker, though.
