There's no strength requirement to try to bust down the door, although a high Strength certainly helps. Calethen seems to be the strongest in the party, according to the sheets, though.

Zingnoff smashes the first window and tries to jump into the house from there. He trips the trap on the window and the crossbow fires at him, hitting him. The bolt goes straight through his shoulder and injures him pretty badly. However, he does make it into the house by doing this. There is a clicking sound as the hidden crossbow begins to automatically reload itself.
