cod cuz the only good moh ive played was vangaurd and the only disapointing cod ive played was mw2 and black ops until they did updates but could be better still and there shouldnt need to be updates but you now activision
CoD wins hands down. There isn't even really a contest here. I don't believe that MoH is even on the same level as CoD.
Even if I remove my personal opinion and just go by the numbers, which I believe is a good way of judging which is better (if people buy a game, they are saying they like it and want to support it), then CoD still wins in a landslide. For Xbox 360, the CoD franchise has 3 of the top 10 highest selling titles. Halo also has 3 spots, GoW has 2, GTA4 has one, and Fable 2 gets one. None of those are MoH.
