Based on what I saw in "An Inconvenient Truth," Greenland is melting. Basically, Greenland is an ice cube. It is pouring tons of cold water in the Atlantic, so it is making the Atlantic colder, no? Wouldn't that make the Winters on the East side of the US colder, thus, explaining why there have been so many blizzards and severe cold weather in the past few years.
I am not saying that Global Warming makes the Earth cooler, but doesn't it make the Earth warmer during the Summer and colder during the Winter?
