The purpose of this thread is to share music that caught your attention lately (like this morning), doesnt matter the style or whatever other reason (just you like it) If you have a link to add, would be better ;D
In order to keep it clean and nice try to follow these rules:
- 1 or 2 songs (this about sharing everyday music not lists) - Avoid albums, bands, genres or "best of" discussions. - Comment why this song is special in that moment. - Bring some information to show us what is this about.
If you dont wanna talk its fine, but the first ones are kinda necessary.

Shonen Knife - top of the world
If I Were A Carpenter; alternative rock tribute album to The Carpenters released in 1994. Shonen Knife is a pop punk japanese band playing since 1982 with kinda original lyrics XD and influenced by bands like The Ramones or The Beatles i guess .
This is a happy song and i cant help smiling since yesterday whenever i watch the video lol, the drummer is cute the bassist so energetic and the singer loves Ramones nuff said.
Rammstein - keine lust
Reise, Reise is the industrial metal band Rammstein's fourth studio album released in 2004. "Keine Lust" (No Desire) is about not want to do anything anymore! Nothing! cause of excess.
The song and video are awesome, weird coincidence, i love the slow beginning turning into a cool rythm and the way they act.
I just love this song,like the band...I started hearing 30STM just by accident.I was just playing Need For Speed-Hot Pursuit and when i heard the title song i was amazed.After some research I ended up on finding it (30STM-The edge of the earth)
The closing track and title track to their album Horizons, it's also the best one. I know I already shared a song off of this album before, but this one is just so great.
It rivals Crusades as my favorite closing track to a metal album. If you didn't already read my thread, I think the closing track to an album has to be the best. This is a great, albeit bleak, example to a great closing track.
It was premiered on 16/06/2011 on the spanish late night "BFN" (laSexta/lasexta2) and in few hours was named the 2011 summer hitin Spain, was World Trending Topic in twitter, were createn five groups with "Me lo tiro" on Facebook, reached the #1 on iTunes Spain, was created a chrome extension named "Me lo tiro" and were made a lot of parodies and recreations in Youtube.
This song is more like 3 separate songs combined into one epic finale, but it honestly fits as one. It's called "The Lightning Strike" by Snow Patrol. Their 16 minute finale to "A Hundred Million Suns".
Since they don't have the full song on Youtube, I'll just share the separate parts.
