The purpose of this thread is to share music that caught your attention lately (like this morning), doesnt matter the style or whatever other reason (just you like it) If you have a link to add, would be better ;D
In order to keep it clean and nice try to follow these rules:
- 1 or 2 songs (this about sharing everyday music not lists) - Avoid albums, bands, genres or "best of" discussions. - Comment why this song is special in that moment. - Bring some information to show us what is this about.
If you dont wanna talk its fine, but the first ones are kinda necessary.
Whenever somebody mention a well known band or song is missing like 90% of other good tunes. So help us to spread the music, cause we all love it and is everywhere.

For example:
Shonen Knife - top of the world
If I Were A Carpenter; alternative rock tribute album to The Carpenters released in 1994. Shonen Knife is a pop punk japanese band playing since 1982 with kinda original lyrics XD and influenced by bands like The Ramones or The Beatles i guess .
This is a happy song and i cant help smiling since yesterday whenever i watch the video lol, the drummer is cute the bassist so energetic and the singer loves Ramones nuff said.
Rammstein - keine lust
Reise, Reise is the industrial metal band Rammstein's fourth studio album released in 2004. "Keine Lust" (No Desire) is about not want to do anything anymore! Nothing! cause of excess.
The song and video are awesome, weird coincidence, i love the slow beginning turning into a cool rythm and the way they act.
I was looking for a rendition of Strauss' Also sprach Zarathustra. But not simply the one from the 2001: A Space Odyssey soundtrack. I was looking for one by performers of a certain... caliber.
A YouTube search uncovered it: England's Portsmouth Sinfonia.
Back in the 1970s, the Portsmouth School of the Arts tried an experiment with forming their own symphony. There were only a few rules:
(1) You must have never played an instrument before, or at least not one that was in your experience if you were a musician, (2) You had to show up for rehearsals, and (3) You had to play the piece as best you could, and not deliberately try to goof it up.
The theory was that students would get the feel of the music with the practice and zero in on the right key on their own.
The actual results? Well... let's just say you won't be bored.
I wanted to share the most beautiful slow... For people who like guitar solos, you'll enjoy this song. For me it's the best solo ever. Written by the awesome and missing Phil Lynott, R.I.P.
[utl=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XsIubn5Pp6s]Thin Lizzy - Still In Love With You[/url]
Time by Hans Zimmer. My new favorite song. I believe it's the most beautiful song he's composed. It's so deeply emotional. It rises slowly, calmly, and confidently, yet has a hint of tension which is not realized until the very end.
Smooth Operator - Sade It's something I've been obsessed with for a while now. I first listened to this song when I was around five and recently found it a few months ago, and it's great. The jazzy sound to it and the singer's voice make it so soothing.
