So yeah, I had this idea. A tank full of Poliwag. Sadly I don't really feel like drawing dozens and dozens of Poliwag, so I am turning to the flock of creative people in this forum (and other places).
To not to be completely "gimme free arts", I'm offering a simple sketch of any pokemon of your choosing (the fewer details in its design, the more accurate the sketch will probably be) if you grant a Poliwag to the tank.
When donating a Poliwag to the tank, please be aware that I will end up posting the tank elsewhere. There will most likely be a line of credits attached to it, but yeah, know that.

Sense makes things more enjoyable for people after they reach a certain (variable) age.
Also, pokemon do work by a logic. Not a realistic logic, but there is a lot of logic.
However, that does give the usual moral of "make your pokemon love you, otherwise it will not fight hard for you".Yeah, that. Is rather sad for the critters, though. They abuse them a lot.
I tried drawing polis, they ended up very ugly, so I gave up.Not to offend anyone, because I love all the Poliwags added, but... Cen, look at some the others. :V
Mankeywag climbing that seaweed, for example. It's not pretty, but it has its own charm. 'S all good.
