I dont even know if it's possible.. there's probably always going to be corrupt people that do things others dont agree with... and that's why war starts
War is in the human nature. As when there is too much oxygen in the air a lot of forest fires bring it to the normal level, when there's too much population a war decreases it. Also, a lot of big steps in the human history have been made after a war with the post-disaster conscience, like the boom after WW2 or the hippie and pacifist movement after the vietnam war. I don't mean we will never get rid of war, but it will be very hard, and I don't think we'll achieve world peace in the next century.
World peace. That is an extreme oxymoron for you. As long as there are people all over the world, they are going to but heads at some time or another. If there weren't any people, animals would still kill one another and so there would still be violence, and with violence, there is obviously no peace. So no. World Peace will never be attained unless the bible is real and God comes down from the heavens and makes everything peachy keen again...
Humans are born with differnent ideas then other people. WOrld peace for a extened amount of time is very hard cause they always have people with different ideas and theories.
And we being human can't solve these different arguments by compromise. Rather we gather those who support us and try to destroy the opponents argument with force. War may not be something that we like, but it's a side affect of that thing we call civilization. Our intelligence is both a curse and a blessing.

I believe that because of this, we need the idea of world peace. Sure, we'll never get to it. However, it is the journey, not the destination. Peace and different somewhat are opposites in our world, in my opinion
