Killing 100 dogs just because business was slow and they had nothing to do with them is inhuman, as was the method of killing them. There are about 100 ways of killing them that would have made this far more humane, but still stupid.
I think life in prison without parole is fair justice for such a harsh act

What do you mean by that? I'll admit I was exaggerating by saying 100 ways, but they could have killed them with those injection things, which I believe has been mentioned either in this thread or in the link that was posted. Killing one person gives you a very long time in prison, why shouldn't killing one hundred give you a very long time in prison? On an unrelated note, apparently a life sentence in Canada is only 25 years. That's not exactly a "life".
Yes, but the pigs were used to benefit humans. The dogs were just thrown in a pit.

The pigs must have helped humans, because otherwise they wouldn't be worth anything. To keep dogs would also have hurt humans, because otherwise, they would have kept them, or sold them, or something.
