i wonder what they are going to have for 1.6, mabye you can make cars!! =D
(in case you dont know, "SMP is "survival multiplayer" the only things there adding in 1.6 is nether in SMP and maps, Google "the word of notch" that's Notch's blog and he tells people whats gonna be added and that kinda thing, the only other things that there doing are bug fix's, but the maps look REALLY cool, im looking forward to having them in SMP and "linking" them.
the only thing im curios about is if since its multiplayer, some server's might wanna have multiple nether portal's, so if you get the mixing of portal's like you do in single player, its gonna be REALLY annoying.
Bleh, maybe some people will like the maps, but they will be useless for me. I'd much prefer new types of blocks (More material half blocks, vertical half blocks) and a better boat system.

HE TOOK OUT CREEPERS HE MADE EVERY BLOCK CIRCULAR AND HE IS MAKING THE MAX BUILD HEIGHT 7!

What...? I thought the Nether already worked in Multiplayer Survival. At least for me it does.
that might be because the person whos hosting the server can get an add on the makes the nether work.

i would also like new blocks, but i can wait for 1.7, and maybe pistons? i hope!
The achievement system is dumb, they don't do anything and there are some really weird ones. It'd be cool if they unlocked things on SinglePlayer or something, but other than that....doesn't matter if they are there.
