Hello. My son loves all the Bubble Tanks games and paid for parts pack 1 and 2 for Bubble Tanks 3. It worked fine for a little while. But about 10 or so days ago, the game started to freeze up right after logging in to the Parts Manager. I've tried it a few times myself, and without fail, the game freezes up completely about 4 seconds after logging into the Parts Manager. If you don't log in, it seems like the game plays fine. He's understandably really frustrated about it, since he spent money on the parts packs.
Browser, Flash and Java are all up to date. I've tried it with both Firefox and Explorer. Anyone have any ideas? I'd appreciate any help you can give.
OK, so the game (including the parts packs) works fine on other computers in my house. What would make the game freeze on one particular computer?? Like I mentioned before - the browser, flash and java are all updated, and changing the browser doesn't help. All other games we've tried work fine. I'm at a loss. Any ideas? I'd be grateful if anyone has a suggestion.
