Ok people i before me (or under me) some of the most funny people on youtube...please subscibe to these channels because they are fing hilarius.

Anyway

OutBack Zach -He is probably my favorite he deserves money for his great contributions to society

Next

Keep the heat -this guy does hilarius spoofs on songs

Next

Annoying Orange - a little more appropiat comedy(outback zach is not) make sure to check out the 2 saw ones and lady pasta

Mediocre films - You need to check out there retartided policeman videos,they are very funny

The fail Blog - These people will make you feel a lot better about yourself

Where is Machinima and RayWilliamJohnson? RayWilliamJohnson when he does =3 he shows some pretty funny videos. OutBackZack kind of sounds like he's on speed in a lot of his videos to me. But like Drink said a lot of people are funnier than the ones you listed but aren't as popular.
