dude, maybe they're on the west coast, in which case its like 6.30am. its sat in their inbox while they're asleep, or groggily brushing their teeth and wondering if its going to be a 1 or 2 -cup-of-coffee breakfast. be mellow.
actually, screw that. I bet they printed the entire source code out and are busy pissing on it, laughing, rubbing themselves in fistfuls of money.
thats how I imagine a day at armorgames to be. laughter, hatred, and moneybaths.
If the RSS feed times are when they do post the games then we are in for a long wait yet. Then it might be another 10 hours before they post it. But you have been hoping for a near release for halv a year then a day more or less is nothing. Just hopping that it will be worth it... But I don't think it could be anything less than great
I bet its going to be released at 11:59 PM California time, the latest time possible. So they will have a laugh. Or they are just lazy, I dont know. If I were them I would have woken up even 3 AM so I could upload the game everybody have been waiting for for months.
It would be nice if they could at least give us an ETA or let us know if they're having problems... Frustration over the last 2 weeks of delays put me off playing Chapter 0 for a while. I don't want to lose enthusiasm for this, but I'm not going to be a "Duke Nukem Believer" for this game.
Im not complaining because I only got to know about the release a week ago, but I was always a big fan of the Gemcraft series, so... yeah. I dont know why its delayed this much. I mean, its okay that Peter delayed it, he was working hard on the game, but from now on, its all up to ArmorGames. I dont know anything about this whole informatics-stuff, I barely know how to turn on a computer and start browsing, and thats all, but... how much time is it to upload a game?
RSS is a system for distributing news. Most news services like, CNN and BBC, have it but also many other sites have it. Then you add the RSS url to a reader of some sort, mailprogram, widget or something like that and you can see what's happening on sites without having to visit it.
This is a real disappointment. I've been looking forward to this game for months and when we finally get a release date, it doesn't get posted! I could be wrong, but I'd guess that it's AGs fault. I don't think if they worked out a deal that GIAB would send them the game the day of posting.
