its true, they announced that they will part ways some time in 2012. this is from there website:

"After storming the world for nearly 40 years and taking their very special brand of heavy metal to all four corners of the planet, JUDAS PRIEST - one of the most influential heavy metal bands of all time, have announced this will be their final world tour!!"

and this is from Wikipeadia:
Judas Priest announced on December 7th, 2010 that their Epitaph World Tour would be the band's farewell tour. It should run up until 2012. In a January 2011 interview, Rob Halford said about the band's impending retirement that:

"I think it's time, you know. We're not the first band to say farewell, it's just the way everyone comes to at some point and we're gonna say a few more things early next year, so I think the main thing that we just want to ask everybody to consider is don't be sad about this, start celebrating and rejoicing over all the great things we've done in Judas Priest."

they will be releasing one last album b4 they part. i suspect that it will be amazing and be the Priest we all love. if its not, its a compilation of everything thats awesome.

what are ur reactions and thoughts?

Its not going to be their last album. They've stated that this will be their last world tour, not their last tour all together.
