Bot flies are these flies that lay eggs under your skin, then it hatches into larva and leaves a hole in your skin where it must be pulled out.

its not THAT nasty, ive seen worst, the first patient in Dark 2 looks worst than some of those pictures, but the eye is pretty nasty, and i feel sorry for the squirrl
