My electric guitars are a Schecter Tempest Custom and a customized Epiphone G-400. I play a Fender T-Bucket acoustic. As far as amps, I A/B my signal with a Radial A/B/Y into a '74 SF Bassman 50 which runs into a Sunn 1x15 cab for my clean tones (I'm going to buy a 2x12 to pair with it when I get some money) and an Ashdown Fallen Angel into two Ashdown 4x12 cabs for my dirty tones.
Electric - ESP body with an extra long custom epiphone neck, seymore duncan pickups with a fernandez sustainer and a floyd rose bridge. Classical - Alvarez Pc50c cutaway body with built in bridge pickups. Steel string acoustic - Alvarez Full body with Fishman sound hole pick up, don't remember model off hand. Bass - 5 string Samick Custom. Sounds fun running through my morley organ wah. I have various other hybrid guitars I've either pulled from the trash or where just given to me. But these 3 are the ones I play the most. I have gone through all kinds of amps over the years. Currently I am playing through a line 6 amp speaker combo, 15 with a horn. It's good enough for small shows with direct out to connect through a PA for the bigger ones. It's also pretty easy to load and unload, makes my life easier as roadies aren't always around.
If your asking this question to try and get ideas to buy an instrument I have some advice for you. Brand name doesn't mean crap. A guitar is a lot like a bottle of wine. Go out and play around with various guitars and amps. You'll find that many times a $200 guitar can sound and play just as good if not better than a $1000 guitar. But just like a good bottle of wine some times there is just no substitute.
Right now, my current set up that I've been using to play some Disturbed is my Jackson USA Randy Rhoads RR1 on my Randall Kirk Hammett signature KH-120 Half-stack. I'm also using a Dunlop KH-95 Crybaby Wah-wah pedal and a DigiTech Grunge distortion pedal to get those rougher tones.
Dude is the warlock any good? How much does it cost?
For about $200 bucks, you have an awesome looking, pretty good playing beginners guitar. When you get better though, you'll definitely want something better. B.C. Rich focuses too much on the designs and not enough on the electronics.
this is slightly off topic since I'm not talking about myself... but its somewhat related
Stefan of Van Canto plays guitar w/ his voice and me thinks an Engel amp??? yea.... wrap your mind around that one for a moment lol ... but yea... I don't play musics at all :'( .

I play ,usually, Ibanez Guitars and Peavey amps...I'm getting a Jet City though.
I play a ESP Viper LTD 300 with the amp ESP. I am taking practice with the guitar in some places. My most favorite guitar I ever want is a Les Paul Gibson.
