The Administrators/Web developers are updating the search bar for AG3
You can search for users with it. You should sign up for the AG3 beta testing.

Also you can use this username search engine.

We alreday have a search link for each other you just put the link into the URL bar at the top of your screen ETC:

Wow... I'm a fail... but having a search bar would be helpful though.

There is one in AG3. It is faster, and you can search for users and games. I am not sure if you can search for threads, they are either going to put it in later or not at all.
