Haven't seen it, but the administrators should realise that their customers, who are mostly children, are more important than indiscriminate ad revenue. The site gets millions of hits, and many companies are surely willing to advertise on this site. No reason to take every single offer that comes along.
I can see that ad above me now, I always have to go to the bottom of the screen if its there incase my parents ask me what the hell im doing and then tell me to get off.And if thats a childrens advert,I defo think its inappropriote!
I've heard that the ads aren't necessarily prescreened and change quite a bit. Also, a company may offer AG money to show several ads, all of their ads may be appropriate except for one. And Armor Games might contact a company or ad agency to bring advertisers to the site. That second company might be the one responsible for the type of ads being shown. So it's harder to track and stop inappropriate ads than it looks. Although I also dislike the ad in question as well and wish it were removed.
There are a lot of ad's on here,so that means once the "chick" has had its turn to advertise it will have to wait. And WTF would you put that as a childrens website. What gets me is that its name is funny soccer game.
I have never seen any inappropriate ads on Armor Games. Also the ads on here keep this site up and running, bring in the money to Armor Games so that we members can enjoy it.
If you dislike the ads so much you can just get ad-blocker-plus for your browser. It's no big deal and nothing majorly to complain about.
There's an easy solution for you. If you dislike it so much, take it.
If it's at the top of the screen, it's google ads, so it's based on what do you visit on the Internet, so if you look for games you'll have world of warcraft and such, if you look for porn, you know what you'll find. If it's not there, it's quite strange, because all the other ads are by cpmstar, that is made for gaming sites and flash games, so it mainly advertise games. PS you can customize your google ads preferences clicking the ads by google logo.
