I'm having the same problem, i'm just gonna try looking elsewhere :L

It's in the clouds, I found it. But the problem is that you have to go talk to Nancy again and she'll tell you to give it to Sam.

But Sam doesn't exist!!

Sam does exist , he is in area 18

For anyone else who wonders, Area 18 is in the clouds.

Where is Nancy, looking to go back to her but can't find her now.
Also I still have an ubrella behind me even though I have completed the rain quest???

nancy is in the ruins (area 41)

yes we can read the quest and see its in the clouds! but which area i have scanned the area for about an hour and still cant find it. Which room is it in? the long room? the one with sam? the top left?

Okay where in the clouds is the trophy what area number?

the quest may be bugged or this is done on purpose.

I obtained the quest from Nancy. I don't recall ever finding the trophy. I then returned to Nancy (without finding the trophy, possibly) and she then gave me part two of the quest to talk to Sam in Area 18, which is in the cloud area.

I found the trophy, but I don't remember where. Since then, I've played a few times and don't recall finding it, but completed the quest. Now I can't find it and can't seem to complete the quest.

The trophy is in area 3, at the top of the cloud area I think.

Confirmed. Just found it in area 3. Top right room of the cloud area.

What's with that quest?It didn't glitch to me,thankfully.
