I also like an ultra deluxe if-you-don't-workout-a lot-you-get-fat-off-this-sandwich.

Step 1: Apply peanut butter on 2 different slice of bread.

Step 2: Apply 3 scoops of protein powder on one slice.

step 3: Slice bananas onto the slice with protein.

Step 4: Join the 2 slices together.

well if youve ever been to chile i like something called a churasco its basically a philly cheese stake snandwich but 10x better

sometimes its expensive cheeses with deli turkey if not usually its just peanut butter (sometimes with jelly) i used to eat plain ketchup sandwhiches lol but theres not a whole lot of things you can put on there (i know u can put ANYTHING u want on a sandwhich but im talking about the most common things to put on)

1. BLT
2. BBQ chicken with chesse.
3. turkey, lettuce, ham, and chesse.
4. Peanut butter on wheat

I usually tend to eat food on my sandwiches.. or whatever my girlfriend puts on it xD
