No! They are not the same thing! Lol. Adobe flash is a part of the creative suite. The creative suite is a pack of the best programs from adobe, like flash, Photoshop, illustrator, soudbooth, something that allows you to code HTML 5 and other stuff. Flash alone is 699$, bu the creative suites are much more expensive, depending on what version you choose.
