most of the games on Armor games don't have the high score board. many also just have a score tracker as you progress through the game. When people finish a game, they might want to see how well they did compared to other people on Armor Games.
Agreeing with DV, you should post a comment on the game complaining about that lacking feature. Also, a lot of games just aren't popular enough or just aren't designed for a high score board.
