From what I know, you can't get there. Here are my reasons:
1) I've tried wesman145's idea, and it didn't work.
2) I've been searching on the internet for around 15 minutes and found nothing
3) The level map says 45/45 after I went in every room, so the two secret "rooms" don't really count as actual rooms.
