If it's sunny out then go mow lawns. If it's still snowing then shovel snow. If you're old enough for a job then get one. If you're not then ask your parents if you could have an allowance for helping with things around the house like dishes, cleaning, etc. .
I've spend about $2 000 on shoes, so I would say I am pretty good at earning money.
What I do is babysit/petsit for $10 an hour. Wash the outside of a car for $15, and the inside for $25. Walk dogs for $5 per dog. Sweep floors in a house for $10 per hour. Clean furniture of $10 an hour.
Well like GohstOfMatrix said, you could mow lawns, shovel snow, and do chores for an allowance. You could also sell old stuff that you don't want. Also, you could turn a hobby into a profit, for example: if you like to take pictures, why not try sell photos? Or if you like art, paint, draw, sketch, etc. and see if your friends or neighbors are interested in it. My friend used to make duct tape wallets and he sold them like crazy. All you need to do is be creative! Good luck, you have plenty of time until March 27th!
Also, all 3ds shipments by March 27 would have been pre-ordered so you're not getting any most likely. Lastly being an early adopter is never a good thing it's better to wait for a better version with all the bug fixed from the previous model.
You could look around for some old stuff you want to sell and pawn it at a pawn shop or sell it on Ebay. You really should get your parents permission and help first though, if your going to.
