I wanna know... Am I the only kid who is dieing to have an xbox, but my parents refuse to get me one (for the past 3 years)?? Does anyone else have this problem?
sucks for you bvhdrummer, my mom got me a job, so i bought my own xbox. if ur old enough try to get a job, im gonna see if i can get a different one soon. one with different hours. i need more hours.
I don't care enough for the Xbox to whine about it. Honestly, I don't care for any of the systems enough to whine over them. Just be patient or earn money so you can buy it yourself.
Sure the consoles must be fun, but last time i recall they turned me into a couch potato and made me gain a few pounds. After ignoring the games for a few weeks, i realized that i didn't need the game at all you don't really need a game console, but if you are just "dying" to get one, then save up some money and get it yourself.

I thought it was only me that had this problem. I used to save money to have a Xbox but then I have realized that the PS3 is better. I won't buy it yet. I will wait a few months to see if there will be some new system. Try to earn some money by find a part-time job.

When the Xbox360 was released, I wished for one for Christmas. Since they were sort of expensive, however, I offered to pay half of it. So, I paid half of the price, and my parents paid the rest, as a Christmas present.
And really, if you want it and they think it's too expensive, save up some money and buy it yourself. Don't think anyone feels sorry for you for not getting stuff for free.
I personally have gone through 4 different xbox 360's myself. Freaking red ring of death....... PS3's are way better made by the way, unless you have friends your are going to play online with then get a PS3. And I can't really say I am in your position OP, but would the same basic thing but with an airsoft gun count?
Don't get an xbox!!! I have one and am really unhappy with it. I have to shell out a ton of money for live and games only to have two of my games scratch!?! I don't have a PS3, but from what I hear, it's a lot better than an xbox.
