Any game with the Armor Games save feature has it. Like Exit Path and Corporation Inc. Armor Mayhem used to have it, but Louissi thought it was too laggy so he took it out.

That's all I know of.

GemCraft Labyrinth also has server-side saving, which equals to "global" you speak of.
