Mastodon - Blood and Thunder is pretty darn random. It is generally about Cpt. Ahab's fixation with Moby ****, but the video is... Well, take a look for yourself, lol. Sorry about the quality, it's the only video out there.

Mr. Bungle has some really random videos, and some really trippy songs. For example, the video for Quote Unquote was suppose to air on MTV back in the 90's, but was with-held due to disturbing imagery. I should also mention that Mr. Bungle are one of the first "hardcore" bands to wear masks/costumes on stage.
