There is no best AG logo, only what you think the best is since everyone thinks differently and it depends on which ones you like.

I would say the newest one. The current AG logo does look rather boring.

My favorite is the one in super Karoshi ;D

I like the one on AG3.

The dark colors on it makes it look sleek.

The one in AG3 is pretty slick. I think it's the best looking one so far. I heard there are going to be lightsabers in one pretty soon. Thats gonna be epic

Where did you here that? If that happens, it'll probably just be for some Star Wars-related game that the developer decided to customize the logo for.

I think the new AG logo fitted really well with the AG3 site. The dark colors are a lot better than the current one. However, I prefer the older ones than the AG2 one because this one now looks boring. Here is my favorite one:

I don't like the new logo. The design in the center is cool, but it needs the swords in the back of it. Personally, I like this one the most.

Eventually, the AG2 logo will become a relic of the past. A cherished relic.
