There are a few things that come to mind & it's called a thread, not a forum.

Ans - Answered.

Spam - Had no reason to still be up since people were spamming.

Dup- Duplicate of another thread.

Show me the thread then I can give a more clear answer.

Or it could be a mixture of those. Or it could just be locked and not give a reason. It happens. But please provide a link.
