The popular games list typically only includes games with a high amount of plays and a high rating, usually 9.0+ and Sugar, Sugar doesn't have a high rating.
Yes, SS just doesn't quantify as one of the games that "take your breath away". That or puzzle & skill games are never on the popular games list.
Although I believe Rebuild should be in that list if they expanded the list to 10 instead of just 6 games. Rebuild has a 9.0 rating and almost 1.2 million plays which should make a strong case in the listing process.
rebuild is awsome, I was never really good at that game though, even on the easiest setting! But one day, i was so close to winning (I was only a few areas away till winning). I then took a 5 minute break to go to the restroom, when i came back my dad turned the computer off and started playing majong... o.O
The front page popular section isn't very accurate.
Thank you for providing that page but it is not very helpful for this topic because that list is based on ratings and not necessarily popularity which is based on the number of plays and some other factors. (But I need to ask how did you know the exact URL to the ratings list?)
Also the front page popular games consists of both recent and old releases which is quite puzzling. Though it could be concluded that there are other significant unknown factors contributing to popularity (i.e. amount of traffic in a suggested time period like in a single day or a month or even years?).
Its a good game, but i wouldn't want to see it on the popular games list. That would be a embarrassment to all of us on armor games to have that on there
