people need to stop whining about this its not something that people literally take step by step. it is a way to show the thought process to prove or disprove something. once you've got everything and you want to present it to the greater scientific community then you better start writing up your scientific method, but since you're on a forum for an online gaming website i'm going to assume you're not quite that far yet.
You're gonna be cuss out of luck if you keep thinking like that Kalb. 15 years old, you have no idea how much you'll have to use that in the near future.
To solve a problem or to draw a conclusion the mind follows some steps -subconsciously or consciously. These steps are probably and usually more or less: 1) Define and identify the problem you are facing. 2) Examine aforementioned problem 3) Pinpoint possible solutions -which have been used to solve effectively similar problems or could be used in this particular case. 4) Select the best seemingly possible solution 5) Assess solutions 6) Fabricate an Action Plan 7) Implement the Solution 8) If problem solved, end. If not start over form step 3.
Anyway, the scientific method is used unconsciously by many persons (actually the vast majority) on a daily basis, some just don't realize it.
im saying that that process needs to go on subconsciously no matter what
No. Just no. It needs to be done in order to clarify the experiment. There is a reason it exists, and it should be used for that reason. Stop thinking that you are someone who doesn't have to follow the rules because you think you're a genius.
The scientific method is conflagrated BS. Half of it is stuff done subconciously and the other half is common sense.
As per the image provided background research, testing (which is to follows strict guidelines), analysis of the finding, are not subconsciously done. What it is based on is observation, objectivity, and repeatability.
true story, i dont know about you, but i dont know anyone who absorbs knowledge from the air... and then uses that to perform experiments in their mind
