Comments on games could be rated as well as the game itself (maybe just thumbs up/thumbs down)
And then you would be able to see high rated comments which are more useful and informative than just the 5 most recent kind of like youtube

They had something like this before in the past.

People could rate up comments then they would get bigger and bigger in bold then if a Moderator noticed it, it would get a merit.

But due to other users abusing it, the feature got taken out.

However, in AG3 there will be something similar. People will be able to vote up/down your posts/comments then it affects your reputation.
