After you eat, what do you usually do? Go for a walk outside, walk around the house, sit down, lie down, etc.?
What's the best/most healthy thing to do? I hear lying down after eating is bad, but I also heard you should wait to digest before going for a walk...idk...
I'll normally just sit down and watch television for about half hour to wait for the food to digest. Then I'll go for a nice walk outside and enjoy the scenery.
I assume it's after dinner, because after breakfast I go to school and at lunch I'm already at school. So, I usually go on AG or, more recently, play Minecraft, until it's time for me to go to bed.
When I eat a meal, I usually lay down and wait for digestion so I can do some exercise or homework, because I think this is more healthy and relaxing. When I eat just some random thing during the day I do whatever I want after it.
its okay to lay down after eating... if you eat then lay down then never get back up and be a lazy bum, then THAT is unhealthy. i would lay down for a while to get the food digested well, then go excercize the access calories off by riding a bike or walking/running/sprinting. sprinting down your road loads quite awkward so i wouldn't choose that one, but it is the best way to get rid of that already access energy (fat) out of your body.
