i recently got in to making all these kinds of sharing levels on hambo and on neon rider world.

and i have recently noticed also less people are handing out "likes" and especially on neon rider world, nobodys even playing the games.

this would not usually bother me, but cormyn and the people making ag3 say that there may be some points in ag3 for sharing and creating levels (and how many like you get) so if nobodys doing it is there really much point?

You should not get points for the amount of likes your level gets. If you've ever submitted a level in CTC2, you've probably noticed that levels rarely get large amounts of plays and likes unless they already have large amounts of plays and/or likes. So, in any level-sharing game with a similar system, the most played and/or liked level is going to inevitably receive more plays and more likes than the other levels, putting the lucky person who created that level in first place for points.

true i reckon there should be like an all time likes and a tempory likes, which gets refreshed to give other people a chance

Yeah, the number of Starlight levels and castles for CTC2 are insane. It's almost a full time job just to review them for content.
