Forums → Games → Add Plasma burst 2 to your site

You can ask the Developer of that game to upload the flash game to the site if you want, otherwise, no one can do anything about it.

If you are planning on serious suggesting this, I would recommend using the contact option as they way to go, because shouting out on the forums helps nothing.
Either that, or do as GoMatrix said, and ask the developer.
