As of a few days ago, I had every flair in uniplayer except Mindwind, Fastest and Perfect. In an attempt to get all the flairs, I then completed Mindwind at least three times, most recently about an hour ago. Each time, the flair would appear at the bottom of the screen as soon as I ran into the spikes in the extermination room; and it would appear on my list of flairs. Unfortunately, it would then disappear after I refreshed the webpage a few times (though oddly enough, usually not after 1 time). I was especially annoyed today because I got Mindwind, Fastest and a new personal record; and all three vanished without a trace on what was (I think) the second time I refreshed the page.
Having said all that, I haven't had any (serious) problems with multiplayer data.
It's more than likely that this is happening because you're failing to complete the game, I am speaking from experience here. If that doesn't help, and no one with actual knowledge on the game responds in this thread, I suggest visiting AG's Get Satisfaction page, and either adding or looking for this issue on that thread.
You have to finish Uniplayer so that the flairs stick to your account. That's all that I can think of. I remember getting flairs on the game when I was a newcomer then I would go back to the main screen and they weren't there. I found out that when you finish the game, the flairs stay.
