I think that all main pokemon games up to crystal are the better out of the series... There's less pokemon to get, more glitches to toy around with, and the horrible graphics always give you a chuckle...
I dont know about that. Im sure there just growing stale to you because your expecting something out of them. The pokemon games are still great and fun and I still play my blue version but I personally think all of the portable Pokemon games are fun to this day.
The Old Pokemon games were pretty much the reason why people play video games today, after playing R/B/Y people saw more about video games than they thought and found out they were pretty fun.
the old pokemon were new at the time making the games more fun but as you start to age you realise the new pokemon are just recycled versions of the old ones and the story is always along the same lines of beating bosses then fighting a boss pokemon.
Personally I prefer the old pokemons because they were the originals
Perhaps because every single pokemon game is basically the same pokemon game again and again
So what makes the old ones better? They certainly didn't look better. And dont give me all that stuff about Gamefreak not having good ideas. Look at voltorb a gen 1 pokemon and tell me its creative.
