i agree with jbarb22: the ak-47 is really powerful and personally I find it extremely effective.

Hmm, for the assault rifle is go with the galil. With submachine guns it would have to be the ak74u. For light machineguns the rpk. Sniper rifles... well i dont really use them that much, im not really good with them at all. Shotguns would definetely be a tie between the spas and the stakeout. Handguns would have to be the cz75 or the python, idk they are both so good. For the launchers i prefer the m72 law. For the specials the ballistic knife, im beast with those on zombies, specially with the bowie or the sickle. Well now that I think of it, for assault rifles it m14 and the galil.
