No they shouldn't. The newcomers forum most people would just say hi welcome to armor games and have fun. In the games, people make tons of posts that would be considered spam.
There isn't points in those sections for a reason, if they were going to give AP for those specific sections, they would have done so now. The forum games topics normally have several spam posts throughout it.
There aren't any points given for the Newcomers section because newcomers should be trying to familiarize themselves with the site instead of worrying about Armor Points. In the Forum Games, some posts do not require much thought or much response and would get spammy.
