Tsar Bomba in Russian is King Bomb, or possibly Bomb King. Not really sure which one.

Anyways, pretty destructive.

Extreme desructive; I mean it could destroy more than whole New York! The mushroom-shaped cloud after the explosion; was about 64 kilometres.

this is your missing image from the first post.

Also you might not know that this explosion along with the crater was made at half power of the bomb itself (50 Mtons instead of 100), Soviet scientists were afraid of possible crust break and thermonuclear reaction in air (as well as the destruction of the aircraft that was designed to drop this and leave prior to the explosion).

You may not know this but the Russians didnt build it so big to blow up a bigger area of where they hit as you may have thought. Actually Russians sucked at aiming so in the hope of destroying their target it was made bigger to destroy more area.

I nearly knew it.

Russia are really better on making bombs instead of aiming right when firing them.

Wow that is a huge bomb. The explosion was incredible in the video I saw. Images if the bomb still existed? We would be in serious trouble.

Hiroshima was way less powerful, right? This bomb seems bigger and more powerful than the American ones used on Japan.

Yes she can really cause a ton of damage. But who knows why they would use that bomb us.

Weapons of this caliber shouldn't be necessary. Yet there's no limit to technology, so I fear for the future of war. How long before planet killers?

And if anyone watched this video, Tsar Bomba, I dont know how credible the description is, but according to it a 100 megaton bomb would have a 60 mile blast radius. Or 120mil radius or diameter, I didn't fully understand the wording.

Either way truly monstrous.

100megaton= 100,000,000,000tons of explosive radioactive material...... so yeah im gonna say that sounds prettttty accurate.
