Necro (The only rapper who is hated by rap fans, but loved by metalheads)

Yeah, I think that's it. Be warned, a lot of these bands are punk/metal.

I have to say, my favorite unknown artist would have to be Cauldron. They are a relatively unknown Canadian traditional metal band.

Those are some pretty good ones. Mostly rock and techno.

Basshunter is actually pretty well known in Europe, particularly in the U.K. and Sweden I believe. Of course, he isn't exactly getting played on MTV over here in America.

One of my favorite unknown artists right now is Jay Electronica.

Jay Electronica? He's very well known in Hip-Hop, he's next-gen.

Cursive is one of my favorite bands but not many people know about them. Also Brand New or Modest Mouse are really good
