well i cant say that i dislike any of their songs. i can listen to every single song over and over again but if i had to chose i would say King Nothing is my favorite
Orion is a very fine instrumental I really like. Others that pop to my head are Creeping Death and (overused, but meh) Master of Puppets.
Sorry, but I don't like Metallica... They're kinda overrated AND they are sellouts
I agree... to an extent. I do feel they are really overrated, but they have influenced music a lot and their first albums (Kill 'em All - Master of Puppets) were actually pretty good. Their new stuff is absolute rubbish though.

Because everyone has the right to express their opinion and having a topic only for posting favorite songs would be unbearably lame and boring?
I think that Metallica's best song is Judas Kiss. The song that got me started was Enter Sandman. Master of Puppets is also one their best. I actually saw that song at a laser show. They also played One and Unforgiven 2.
Funny, I was actually going to start a thread of mine own. No hard feelings. From one Metallica fan to another, I only mean this as an expression of how great Metallica is.
