I have come up with a new symbol for 1337 and it is this: !££&
This is 1337 written when holding shift down as well

On a USA keyboard it would be "!##&" your using a Europe keyboard.

Actually, pretty much every country in Europe has their own keyboard layout. It'd be more accurate to say he's using an English keyboard.

Back on topic...

We really don't need a new way to type elite, which is what 1337 stands for, because the ones that exist are ridiculous enough.
