You do know that swallowing swords isn't real, correct? Those "swords" tat get swallowed are just pierces of candy, or something. NOBODY can swallow a real sword with out killing him/her self.

I try to figure out where I am, by looking around while taking care that those flying creatures do not get me or anything, by running around every time I feel threatened. Or am I in the castle, safe from it all, in which case I just look around for more information regarding where I am?
