Wiki:

Aftershocks

Japan experienced over 900 aftershocks since the earthquake with 5 being over 6.0 M. On April 7, 2011, Sendai suffered from the largest aftershock 25 miles (40 kilometers) under the water and off the coast of Miyagi prefecture with a magnitude of 7.1. Buildings in Toyko shook for about a minute.[61] Tokyo Electric Power Company reported that workers evacuated Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.

I feel bad for Japan.

I like how Atheism FTW and Christianity FTW get 2 000 posts total, but this doesn't get one. Interesting.

I agree with you, Kevin.

Likewise, the Canterbury region of New Zealand has suffered numerous aftershocks after the two major earthquakes they've experienced.

The entire Pacific Ocean is like a ball of fire and earthquakes. I would much rather live here in Maryland than in California.

The reason that not a lot of people post on topics like this is because it's hard to have an opinion of it. I can say "my heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to japan," but so can the 961,000 other users. What am I supposed to say? There is no question, just a fact and a feeling. Yeah, natural disasters suck, yeah, Japan is screwed, but there really isn't much to say about it other than that.

You could read the news and form an opinion from there instead.

Agreed. It's kinda boring.

Sure - it is bad for Japan, but what else do you want us to discuss?
